You may return most items sold by Mandala Integrative Veterinary Care within 20 days of purchase/delivery for a full refund, with the exception of the following items:
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
- Any items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Any custom-made nutraceutical or herbal formulas.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
